As of March 1, 2009 the Municipal Authority of the City of McKeesport will start billing for and collecting payments for sewage. The new address for mailing your payments will be:

100 ATLANTIC AVENUE MCKEESPORT, PA 15132
Please make all checks or money orders, NO CASH, payable to: Municipal Authority of the City of McKeesport or MACM. This is not the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County (MAWC), which is your water supplier. The Municipal Authority of the City of McKeesport, your sewage authority, is located in the Tenth Ward district. At this time there are no payment drop-off facilities in the Tenth Ward. Your payments may be mailed directly to the address listed above or put in the sewage bill drop-box in the McKeesport City Treasurer’s office at: 500 5th Avenue in McKeesport.
Please note that the 2009 billing rates have increased. This increase is necessary to help offset the cost of the ongoing $60 million dollar Act 537 Project to treat wet weather flows. For more information regarding the ACT 537 Project, please click on the link above.
