Paying Your Bill
In Person:
You may bring your payment, along with your bill stub to our office at:

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Check, Money Order, VISA, or Mastercard.
Our office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
If you come before or after office hours, there is a drop-box on our building that you may use at your convenience.

By Phone:
You may call our office at 412-673-0850 and pay your sewage bill over the phone using VISA or Mastercard. Phone payments must be made before 3:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
Drop-Off Payment Box:
You can deposit your payment and bill stub at any time into our drop-off box located on the windowsill inside the Treasurer's Office at:
500 5th Ave.

Envelopes are provided for your convenience and are located next to the drop-off box. Please be sure to put your payment in the box labeled SEWAGE, as there is also a drop-off box for your water bill at this location. The Treasurer's Office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Late Payment Fees
A 10% late payment fee will be added to your current service charges if not paid by the due date. Please be sure to make your payment on time to avoid any extra charges.
Billing Cycles
When you receive your bill, the due date will be approximately fifteen (15) days from the billing date.
Five days after the due date, late notices are sent out for any payments that have not yet been received.
Ten days after late notices are due, shut off notices will be mailed out.
Any accounts that have still not been paid by the due date listed on the shut off notices will be sent to MAWC to have water service terminated.
**Any customers whose water service has been terminated will be required to pay a $50.00 turn on fee in addition to the entire outstanding account balance.
