New Customers
New customers must sign up for their water service with the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County, your water provider. MAWC will forward all new account information to us so that we may begin billing you for sewage.
Any new tenants must visit the MACM billing office to fill out an application form for new services. MACM requires a copy of the customer's lease agreement (complete with owner's contact information), two forms of identification, and a $50.00 security deposit.
Any customers who have purchased property do not need to fill out an application with MACM; everything can be handled by the water authority.
