Stopping Services
Customers that are moving must call the water authority (MAWC) to request a final reading. The water authority will forward all information regarding the account to the Municipal Authority of the City of McKeesport so that we may send a final sewage bill.
Customers must also call MACM to leave a forwarding address so that the remaining sewage bills and the final bill can be sent to the new residence.
**Please keep in mind that the sewage bill runs behind the water bill, so customers will receive sewage bills for the previous residence at least one month longer than their water bill.
